Tuition is paid every 10 weeks on the Auto- Charge date. A valid credit or debit card is required for registration.
The Change/Payment date is the day by when you need to change your type of payment if you do not want your credit card on file charged or a different payment method (cash/check/different credit card) or to make changes to student's schedule
All students are automatically enrolled in the same class for the next 10 weeks unless you change or withdraw by the Change/Payment Date.
Auto Charge is the date by which Current Students must pay tuition in order to maintain/gain their priority. After the Date / Auto Charge, our computer system electronically removes unpaid students from the roster and New Students on the waitlist are placed in the vacancies.
EPIC GYMNASTICS WILL SEND A REMINDER EMAIL THE WEEK OF THE "CHANGE PAYMENT DATE" AND A REMINDER TO CURRENT ENROLLED STUDENTS THAT THE AUTO-CHARGE DATE IS COMING UP. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL WITH THE GYM IS UP TO DATE.
